Prawn Nasi Goreng
Nasi Recipe Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 zucchini, slashed
1 carrot, slashed
8 green onions, cut
1 clove garlic, squashed
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 pound cooked prawns
2 tablespoons dim soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon earthy colored sugar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon sweet bean stew sauce
2 tablespoons new chives, slashed
Nasi Recipe Instructions
Heat half of the oil in a skillet over medium hotness. Twirl the beaten egg into the container with the goal that it covers the surface. Flip the egg following 30 seconds, and cook for 20 extra seconds on the opposite side. Eliminate the egg from the dish and, when sufficiently cool to deal with, roll up on a cutting board. Cut the moved egg to make slim strips and put away. Heat the excess oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high hotness. When hot, add the zucchini, carrot, and green onions. Pan sear for three minutes. Add the garlic, rice, prawns, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, sesame oil, and stew sauce; mix completely. Serve right away, finished off with the egg strips and hacked chive.
